We are getting to the point where the usual “What are your strengths & weaknesses?”, “Where do you want to be in 5 years”, and “What is your greatest achievement” questions just don’t give interviewees a challenge, and won’t provide the interviewer with a thorough understanding of a candidate’s suitability for a role. Common interview questions like these are easily Googled and can simply be rehearsed, so how can you pose a question that will really get the interviewee to think?
