As our Learning & Development Advisor, you will provide training service by identifying needs for training, creating training material and delivering training to meet the Company’s needs.
In our Training School department, they are responsible for supporting training delivery for IPC accreditation and technical training for employees, as well as identifying appropriate training requirements.
What you’ll be doing:
We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in an electronics manufacturing environment, strong training and coaching skills. It would be desirable to have a up to date certified IPC Trainer qualifications or the willingness to obtain the required qualification.
The candidate must be driven to support the business with all training needs and develop solutions to enhance the relationships between the training department and employees. The ability to be able to problem solve and influence others at all levels.
This role is a full time, permanent contract and will be based at our site in Hook, Hampshire. Travel to our site in Poynton, Cheshire will be required when training delivery is required.
