We are looking for compassionate, skilled and dedicated live in carers to join our Spinal Care Team.

Join Our Specialist Spinal Care Team We are looking for a compassionate, dedicated, and skilled carer to support a client with a spinal injury in their own home in Balham.

• 2 x Morning Shifts: 8:00am to 12:00pm
• 7 x Evening Shifts: 9:00pm to 11:00pm

     Key Responsibilities:

• Providing personal care, including assistance with bowel management and catheter care.
• Support with mobility and rehabilitation exercises such as hydrotherapy and home exercise plans for those with a spinal injury.
• Administer medications as prescribed, recording on our electronical MarChart whilst monitoring, documenting and reporting changes in health.
• Assisting with cooking and meal preparation, maintaining a nutritious and balanced diet.
• Offer emotional support and companionship, aswell as person centered care  to enhance the client’s quality of life.
• Help manage daily activities and routines an social activities, promoting

What We Are Looking For:

• Previous experience in delivering spinal care (preferred but not essential).
• A compassionate and patient individual with a strong desire to help others.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Willingness to undertake inhouse training and development opportunities to support your role.
• Flexibility, reliability and a strong work ethic.
