The Role
As Customer & Sales Support Team Leader, you'll support the Customer & Sales Support Manager in the day-to-day leadership and development of the Customer Support and Sales Support teams. You'll play a key role in ensuring project pipelines, lead management, quotation processing, and customer service standards are delivered efficiently while helping the team achieve productivity and performance targets.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and experience working within a fast-paced sales support or customer service environment.
