We have an exciting opportunity for passionate and caring Support Workers to join Milewood Healthcare as we launch a brand-new residential service in Middlesbrough.

This new service will include:

• 3 independent flats
• 2 ensuite bedrooms within the house

We are building a completely new team and are looking for dedicated individuals who want to make a genuine difference in people’s lives every single day.

What We’re Looking For

Our ideal Support Worker will be:

• Reliable, friendly, and compassionate
• Positive, encouraging, and attentive
• Confident supporting residents with activities, hobbies, and community engagement
• Experienced in a care or support role (preferred)
• Comfortable administering medication
• A holder of a full UK driving licence

Key Responsibilities

Your duties may include:

• Monitoring, recording, and administering medication
• Supporting with personal care and mobility
• Assisting with shopping and meal preparation
• Completing light household duties
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Supporting residents to achieve independence and personal goals
