St Helens College and Knowsley Community College are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Lecturer in Maths to join our successful curriculum team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to learners while developing your career within a supportive and ambitious college group.

About the Role

As a Lecturer in Maths, you will deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across a range of Maths programmes. You will inspire students, support their progress, and contribute to the achievement of excellent academic outcomes.

Working closely with the Head and Deputy Head of School, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of teaching, learning and student engagement, ensuring learners are equipped with the skills, knowledge and confidence to succeed.

About You

The successful candidate will:

• Have experience of teaching and motivating Further Education students.
• Hold a relevant degree (a higher degree is desirable).
• Possess a recognised teaching qualification, or be willing to achieve one within an agreed timeframe following appointment.
• Hold GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent).
• Demonstrate excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Have a genuine passion for supporting learners to achieve their goals.
