Due to the continued success and growth of our Recruitment Team, we're expanding and looking for an ambitious Recruiter to join us in Gateshead.

Supporting over 190 dealerships across the UK, our team plays a vital role in attracting and hiring talent that drives business success. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Recruiter, you'll manage your own vacancies and work closely with hiring managers to identify and secure top talent across the UK. Your responsibilities will include:

• Advertising vacancies across multiple job boards and sourcing channels
• Partnering with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Proactively sourcing and engaging candidates for key vacancies
• Building and maintaining talent pools for future opportunities
• Supporting recruitment marketing and social media campaigns
• Delivering recruitment campaigns for priority hiring projects
• Ensuring an excellent experience for both candidates and hiring managers from start to finish

What We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from individuals who:

• Have experience in recruitment, resourcing or talent acquisition, either in-house or within a recruitment agency
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoy managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Are confident building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels
• Have excellent organisation and communication skills
• Take pride in delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers alike
• Are proactive, resilient and motivated to achieve great results
