The Role

As a Home Care Worker, you will:

  • Provide personal care with dignity and respect
  • Support daily routines (meals, medication prompts, housekeeping)
  • Offer companionship and emotional support
  • Carry out regular wellbeing checks
  • Follow care plans, company policies, and procedures
  • Work collaboratively within a supportive care team

About You

  • Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Kind, dependable, and positive approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends
  • Willing to complete relevant background checks
  • If you are a driver, you must have your own vehicle and hold, or be willing to obtain, Class 1 Business Insurance
