Regional Property Manager

South East & London | Home Based - £53,700 + Mileage

Are you an experienced property professional looking for a role where you can take ownership of a diverse multi-site portfolio while working autonomously across one of the UK's largest estates?

We're seeking a Senior Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial, retail, operational and residential properties across London and the South East. This is a varied, field-based position combining estates management, property maintenance, contractor management, lease matters and project delivery.

The Role

You'll be responsible for ensuring properties are safe, compliant and fit for purpose while supporting ongoing estate improvements and development projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a regional portfolio of leasehold and freehold properties
• Conducting property inspections and condition assessments
• Managing reactive and planned maintenance works
• Leading refurbishment and minor redevelopment projects
• Procuring and managing contractors and consultants
• Supporting property acquisitions, disposals and lease transactions
• Liaising with landlords, agents, solicitors and local authorities
• Ensuring compliance across the property portfolio
• Managing budgets, records and property reporting

About You

You'll ideally have:

• Experience managing a multi-site property portfolio
• Knowledge of leasehold and freehold property management
• Experience with acquisitions, disposals and lease agreements
• Contractor and project management experience
• Knowledge of commercial or retail property environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Chartered status is welcome but not essential.
