Smart Dental Centre in Dundonald, Belfast is looking for a GDC-registered Dental Nurse or Trainee Dental Nurse nearing qualification to join our friendly and supportive clinical team.

Our Dundonald practice is a long-established, modern dental centre located on Upper Newtownards Road, with excellent transport links and nearby parking. The practice provides a broad range of treatments, including general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, root canal treatment, crowns, veneers, bridges, periodontal care and hygiene services, alongside private patient plans.

YOUR ROLE

As a Dental Nurse, you will play an important part in supporting our clinicians and ensuring our patients receive a professional, caring and first-class experience.

Your role will include:

• Providing effective chairside support to dentists and other clinicians
• Preparing surgeries and equipment for a wide range of treatments
• Supporting clinicians throughout patient appointments
• Maintaining excellent standards of infection prevention, cross-infection control and decontamination
• Supporting the smooth running of the surgery and wider practice
• Providing a friendly and reassuring experience for patients
• Maintaining accurate clinical records and ensuring practice procedures are followed
• Supporting the team with day-to-day clinical and patient-care responsibilities
• Continuing to develop your clinical knowledge and dental nursing skills
