The simplest is often the most beautiful and that approach is reflected in our menu which focuses on hand made viennoiserie and naturally leavened breads.

We have a new opportunity in our Spitfire Hanger store, situated in the Brabazon Airfield Development, North Bristol.

Reporting to the Head Pastry Chef, you would be responsible for the preparation of the daily lunch menu. This includes preparing the fresh fillings, cutting sourdough sandwiches, cutting cakes etc.
