We're looking for an experienced leader with a strong background in food service and customer facing environments who is passionate about developing high performing teams and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You'll have a proven track record of achieving sales and KPI targets while consistently maintaining exceptional food quality and safety standards.

As Bakery Manager you will:

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in a management or supervisory role within hospitality, food service, retail, café, bakery, or restaurant environments.
• Experience leading, motivating, and developing teams.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Experience managing sales targets, budgets, and KPIs.
• Food preparation and food service experience.
• Knowledge of food hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.
• Experience in staff training and coaching.
• Ability to manage stock, wastage, and controllable costs.
• Experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
