Help Us Expand Our Specialist Orthodontic Provision

Worsley Dental Centre is looking for a Specialist Orthodontist or Dentist with a Special Interest in Orthodontics to join our growing team.

We are particularly interested in a clinician who can assess and treat more complex orthodontic cases that are not suitable for clear aligner treatment, including cases requiring fixed braces or other specialist orthodontic techniques.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dentist with the right skills to work across some of our practices, helping us develop our orthodontic provision and provide patients with treatment options beyond aligner therapy.

The Opportunity

• Initially 1 day per week, with the potential to alternate between practices
• Opportunity to work across a number of Smart practices where there is demand for your specialist skills
• Treat patients who are unsuitable for aligner-only treatment
• Scope to provide fixed orthodontic and other specialist orthodontic treatments
• Complex orthodontic assessments, treatment planning and case management
• Opportunity to build a specialist orthodontic referral base
• Internal referrals from our established practices
• Supportive clinical and management teams
• Flexible working arrangements to be discussed with the right clinician

We're Looking For

We would welcome applications from:

• Specialist Orthodontists
• Dentists with a Special Interest in Orthodontics
• Clinicians experienced in fixed orthodontic treatment
• Dentists confident in assessing and treating cases where clear aligners are not appropriate
• A clinician who is comfortable treating more complex orthodontic cases
• Patient-focused and ethical clinicians with strong communication and treatment planning skills

We are looking for a dentist with the specialist orthodontic skills and experience to support our wider group, with the opportunity to work across selected practices where there is patient demand.

This could be an excellent opportunity for a clinician who wants to build a varied orthodontic caseload, develop relationships with our practices and grow their specialist work within a clinically led dental group.
