Due to continued business growth, we are looking for an Fleet Coordinator to join our team here at Vertu Ford Birmingham Fleet. If you would like to become part of one of the largest Motor Retailers within the UK, then this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

We are offering up to £26,000 basic salary, depending on experience, plus an excellent range of Company benefits.

Hours of work: 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday with an hour lunch break

Working in a very busy and successful Fleet Department, the successful candidate will need to have the ability communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, suppliers and colleagues.

Our Fleet Coordinators are key the success of business as they manage and maintain customer satisfaction by organising all aspects of transition from initial order point through to onward delivery.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Accurate reporting and use of various e-procurement platforms
• Producing high quality and accurate quotations to the correct specification across multiple brands.
• Provide clear verbal and written communications between various parties
• Being highly organised and have a keen eye for detail
• Ensure our flexible Internal process’s are followed at all times
• Be exceptional at Building rapport with customers and suppliers alike
• Be organised and ensure “third party” suppliers work to advised timetables

The successful candidate will already have experience in a similar role and have a proven track record within the industry.
