The Granby Care Home - Granby Road, Harrogate, North Yorkshire, HG1 4SR

Full Time - 35h/week

3 shifts one week, then 4 the next week including alternate weekends

£12.87/h

We are on the hunt in Harrogate for a full time experienced Receptionist.

Duties and responsibilities are, 

• Answering Telephone, Redirecting Calls, Handling Queries, and Taking Messages
• Answering door and greeting visitors
• Opening and Distribution of Incoming Mail
• Placing Invoices into Envelopes ready for Posting
• Franking Mail
• Other Admin Functions as Required
• Occasional Trips to Post Office
• Making Beverages for the Team
