Celent is looking for a talented Analyst to join our Wealth Management team in New York.

This role is ideal for someone approximately five to seven years into their career who has developed expertise in wealth management, financial technology, consulting, and/or market research, and is ready to build a reputation as an industry thought leader.

Working alongside senior analysts, you will research industry trends, write reports, engage with clients, and participate in advisory projects. You'll have the opportunity to become a recognized expert on the technologies shaping the future of wealth management.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Conduct primary and secondary research on WealthTech and wealth management trends.
  • Write research reports, market analyses, and industry insights.
  • Interview financial institutions, technology vendors, and industry leaders.
  • Analyze competitive landscapes and emerging technologies.
  • Support advisory engagements and client projects.
  • Present research findings to clients through webinars and meetings.
  • Contribute to conference presentations and industry events.
  • Monitor developments across AI, digital advice, portfolio technology, advisor platforms, and client experience.
  • Collaborate with analysts across Celent's global research teams.

What we’re looking for…

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Approximately 5–7 years of relevant experience in:
    • Wealth management
    • WealthTech
    • Financial services consulting
    • Financial technology
    • Strategy
  • Strong analytical and research capabilities.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex industry developments into actionable insights.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a passion for financial services innovation.
  • Experience with AI, digital wealth platforms, advisor technology, or investment technology is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable presenting to clients and industry audiences.
