About the home:

Swiss House is a residential care home for adults with physical and learning disabilities that is located in Wordsley near Stourbridge which provides accommodation for 10 residents.

About the role

We are looking for support workers to provide support and encouragement to Service Users in all areas / activities of daily living whilst ensuring the respect, dignity and rights to privacy of service users as far as possible. Support Workers will contribute to the assessment of Service User’s needs and the development of individualised plans of care and support, in consultation with Service Users, their relatives and the Care Team.

Skills we need from you:

Previous experience working within a care or nursing home.

NVQ 2 and above qualification in Health and Social care is desirable

Experience with medication is also desirable.
