We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our care home team. You will support residents to maintain their independence, improve their quality of life, and participate in meaningful daily activities. Working closely with residents, families, carers and the wider multidisciplinary team, you will assess individual needs and develop personalised treatment and support plans.

About Oak Court and Oak Farm:

Oak Farm Clinic is a purpose built 38 bedded unit which provides a comprehensive service to clients recovering from acquired brain injury and neurological disorders.

Oak Court is a purpose-built care home situated in Taverham, Norfolk that provides en-suite accommodation for 18 residents with neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver interventions that support our service users with understanding of their health needs, developing purposeful activities and interests
• Help to improve individuals skills for independence/confidence
• Demonstrate effective clinical record keeping via assessments and reports
• Helping to set realistic and achievable goals alongside the service user and families

What we need from you:

• Qualified Occupational Therapist RCOT membership and HCPC registration valid within the UK.
• Must have experience working with a neurological setting
