About Oak Farm Clinic:

Oak Farm Clinic is a purpose built 38 bedded unit which provides a comprehensive service to clients recovering from acquired brain injury and neurological disorders.

About the role:

We are looking for a Nurse who is able to ensure our residents physical, emotional and social needs are met. Your role will include leading, motivating and mentoring your team and provide clinical guidance and training to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the care home

Skills we need from you:

Qualified Nurse with a UK PIN number

Experience working within a nursing home is essential preferably experience working with adults with neurological conditions
