We are offering a competitive basic salary of £45,000 with an OTE of £65,000, a company car, and a full range of benefits.

About the role

As a New Car Sales Manager, you’ll lead and support a team of 1 Business Manager and 4 Sales Executives, while driving performance and delivering a customer-first experience, setting the standard for integrity, trust, and responsible, transparent practices

Your focus will be on:

• Creating a supportive, inclusive environment where people can do their best work
• Leading the sale of new Ford vehicles, alongside finance and value‑added products
• Managing sales campaigns and promotions in line with brand in full compliance with regulatory requirements
• Balancing performance, profitability and customer satisfaction in a sustainable way

About you

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager, ready to progress into their next role. You’ll have experience in the motor industry and a genuine interest in supporting sales performance, profitability and efficient ways of working.

You’ll likely bring:

• Proven success as a New or General Sales Manager in a main dealership
• A track record of improving sales performance, profitability or operational efficiency
• A collaborative, motivational leadership style with a passion for people and performance.
• Strong commercial acumen with a commitment to ethical, customer‑focused practice.

A strong sense of accountability and integrity is essential, with the ability to balance commercial success alongside responsible selling practices.
