🏡 The opportunity to build a meaningful long-term career in care
Home to older adults, including residents living with dementia, the home is designed around five smaller household-style communities. Rather than supporting many residents at once, you'll typically support around 14 residents within their own household area.
This creates a calmer, more personal environment where residents are truly known as individuals and meaningful relationships can be built every day.
We're also proud of our sensory garden, which provides a peaceful space for residents to relax, socialise and enjoy the outdoors. The garden has even received recognition from The King for the positive impact it has had on residents and the wider community.
This isn't a rushed, faceless service. We take pride in creating a place where residents feel safe and valued, families feel reassured, and colleagues genuinely support one another.
For many residents, Chirk Court is home – and the people who work here help make it feel that way every day.
No two days are the same, but you can expect to:

If you don't already hold a Level 2 qualification in Health & Social Care, we'll support you to achieve it. We'll also help you register with Social Care Wales and continue developing your career in care.
We know that great care professionals have choices.
That's why we're committed to creating a workplace where people feel valued, supported and able to build long-term careers.
Our values are built around Trust, Hope and Kindness, and we work hard to make sure those values are reflected in how we support our residents and one another every day.
We're committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels respected, valued and able to thrive.
We actively encourage applications from people of all backgrounds, experiences and communities.
Care isn't always easy, but it can be one of the most rewarding careers there is – especially when you're surrounded by fantastic colleagues who live our values of Trust, Hope and Kindness every day.
If you want a role where residents know your name, where your work genuinely matters, and where you can go home knowing you've made someone's day a little better, we'd love to hear from you.
