WP Group is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Apprentice to join our Commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a nationally recognised Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship.

Every day is different. You'll speak with customers, support the sales team, manage customer enquiries, learn how commercial businesses operate and develop valuable skills that will set you up for a successful career.

You'll receive full training and support from experienced colleagues while building confidence in customer service, communication, sales support and account management.

What you'll be doing

• Providing excellent customer service by phone and email
• Supporting customers with enquiries and orders
• Learning about WP Group products and services
• Updating customer information using our CRM system
• Supporting sales activity by identifying new opportunities
• Building relationships with customers
• Working alongside our experienced Commercial team
