Work Experience Placements – Brio Northwich

Hours of work:                            30 hours per week

Are you a student interested in sport, fitness, customer service or working in a leisure centre? If so, this could be a great opportunity for you.

This placement will give you the chance to learn what it is like to work in one of our busy leisure facilities. You’ll get involved in a variety of tasks, meet new people and support our team in creating a welcoming, safe and enjoyable environment for customers.

During your placement, you’ll work alongside experienced members of staff and learn more about the day-to-day running of the centre. This may include helping to prepare activity areas, supporting customers with general enquiries, keeping spaces clean and ready to use, and observing trained staff such as lifeguards to understand how safety is managed.

It’s a friendly, active and supportive placement, ideal if you would like to build your confidence, develop communication skills and gain valuable experience in a real workplace.

What you’ll gain:
