Artemis is seeking a passionate and motivated Supervisor to join the team at Curradine Barns. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, calm under pressure and have excellent time management skills, along with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.

Previous experience in breakfast service and hospitality is essential, as the role involves independently running the breakfast service, completing clean-down duties, supervising the housekeeping team and managing guest check-ins.

Shifts are 6:00am until to 2:00pm. Due to the seasonal nature of the business, weekly hours will vary according to operational needs (40 hours in peak season and 16 hours in off peak season).

Requirements
• 1 years’ experience in breakfast and housekeeping service. 
• Working knowledge of Food Hygiene and Allergens is preferred however, full training will be provided.
• Excellent time management and can work autonomously.
• Own transport is essential due to the location.
• Candidates must be eligible to work full-time in the UK .

Responsibilities
• Management plus delivery of both administrative and operational aspects of the wedding guests stay, including breakfast service, housekeeping duties, linen control and monthly stock takes.
• Bedroom sign off in line with company standards.
• Autonomous working and working alongside the housekeeping team.
• Report to the General Manager.

Schedule:
• 8 hour shift (6:00am – 2:00pm)
• Monday – Sunday (40 hours a week in peak season, 16 hours in off peak season)
