As a Transitions Officer within our Learner Support team, you will play a key role in supporting students and their families as they navigate the journey into further education.

Working in partnership with our Student Recruitment team, local schools and specialist provisions across Lancashire, you will help identify, engage and support prospective students, ensuring they receive the guidance, advice and transition support needed to make a successful start at college. You will work collaboratively with applicants, families, education professionals and external agencies to remove barriers, build confidence and create positive pathways for success.

Salary:        Job family Group 4 (SCP 22-26) £30,704 to £34,462 
per year (pro rata for part-time), salary based on qualifications and experience.There will be an opportunity for progression within this pay range.

Hours:        22.2 hours per week worked over 3 days, 0.6 FTE, Part time, Permanent
