Interim Quality Manager – Scotland

Advinia Healthcare is seeking an experienced Interim Quality Manager to provide temporary sickness cover across our care homes in Scotland. The duration of the assignment is currently unknown and will be kept under review.

 This role is working 40 hours per week covering all of Advinia's homes in Scotland. This role is for interim/contract cover.

The successful candidate will support homes to maintain high standards of quality, safety and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities will include completing quality audits, monitoring improvement plans, providing regulatory guidance and supporting services with safeguarding, complaints, incidents and Care Inspectorate activity.

 Applicants must have:

• Substantial quality or operational experience within the Scottish care sector.
• Detailed and current knowledge of Care Inspectorate regulations, quality frameworks and inspection requirements.
• Experience auditing services and supporting regulatory improvement.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding, governance and risk management.
• The ability to travel regularly between care homes across Scotland.

 This role requires an experienced and credible quality professional who can begin contributing immediately.
