Location: Coventry, CV8 3AZ
Hours: Full time, 40hpw - providing Airdesk cover between the hours of 07:00 – 22:00
Please note the service operates 365 days a year so there will be a requirement to work occasional bank holidays and weekends.
Salary: Basic £28,857.94, plus a monthly premium of £231

Join a life-saving team making a difference every day. As an Air Desk Coordinator with the National Children’s Air Ambulance, you’ll be at the heart of our operation, coordinating our specialist helicopter transfers for critically ill babies and children across the UK.
From managing flight logistics and liaising with clinical teams to monitoring missions in real time, you’ll ensure every transfer runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This isn’t simply a logistics role — it’s operating in a high-stakes environment where every decision matters.
You’ll combine skills such as operational precision, excellent communication, calm under pressure and a strong sense of purpose. Every flight you help coordinate is part of a flying intensive care unit that can reduce transit time dramatically and provide an outstanding service to our NHS Clinical teams and patients.
