We are offering a basic salary of £31,723 plus company benefits!

We have a great team on site who are committed to providing a fantastic customer experience and delivering a professional service to trade customers. Your daily duties will include handling incoming trade parts enquiries and orders via telephone and online platforms.

Located in Huddersfield, this dealership benefits from a well-established customer base and excellent connectivity across West Yorkshire. The area attracts a diverse mix of retail and trade customers, creating a busy and rewarding environment for an experienced Parts Advisor.

You will be able to accurately identify parts to meet customer requirements, utilise all product promotions effectively to achieve specific targets, identify and maximise upselling opportunities to grow overall sales figures, and maintain your knowledge of new and updated parts through the completion of relevant training courses and by reviewing bulletins, catalogues, parts updates, special offers and recalls.

Ideally, you will have Parts Advisor experience from a similar role within the motor industry. You will be ambitious, customer-focused and determined to identify new sales opportunities within our customer database while consistently exceeding parts sales objectives.
