We're hiring for Christmas Seasonal Temporary Colleagues to join us for our magical Christmas Peak Season (September to December) in Bents!  

Join our team at Bents this festive season and become part of something truly special.  Whether you're helping customers discover the perfect Christmas decorations and gifts in Retail or serving festive favourites in our Winter Food Markets and Main Restaurant, you'll be at the heart of delivering the magic of Christmas to every customer.

• Shift patterns will include working full weekday shifts from 8am to 10pm across Monday to Sunday and all roles include working weekends.
• We have a few weekend-only and evening-only positions, these will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.  The vast majority of our vacancies include working full weekday shifts.
• Hours vary and offer between 20 - 40 hours per week, working between 3 to 5 days per week.  
• These roles meet National Minimum and Living Wages.
• The roles will be temporary fixed term starting dates commence on September until 31st December 2026.

Friday 28th August 2026

Wednesday 2nd September 2026

Tuesday 8th September 2026

🎄 Retail Assistants

Be part of the magic in our enchanting Christmas team, helping customers discover the perfect decorations, gifts and festive treasures. From replenishing stock to assisting customers and operating tills, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience in a fun, fast-paced environment. 

🌟 Dining Assistants – Winter Food Markets

Step into your own Christmas hut in our covered outdoor area, where you'll prepare and serve festive favourites like loaded fries, yorkshire pudding wrap or a warming mulled wine. It’s a fast-paced, fun-filled environment where you'll be right in the heart of the seasonal buzz.

🍽️ Dining Assistants – Main Dining Areas

Bring festive cheer to our indoor dining spaces! Your day will include preparing your area, taking customer orders, serving food in your counter, or operating your till whilst delivering exceptional experiences to our customers. 

🎄 What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable working under pressure during busy trading days.
• Availability from September to December, all roles include working in the week and weekends.
