As an Electrical Manager, your job is all about making sure customers have a great experience every time they use your depot. You’ll lead and energise your team so they’re motivated and ready to hit targets together. There’s loads of room to grow sales, boost profits, and bring in new customers too.
You’ll also keep things running smoothly behind the scenes - managing stock, making the most of your vehicles, and making sure everyone’s up to date with their training so the department stays safe and efficient.
