About the role

Job Title:                                        Catering Supervisor

School Location:                           Westonbirt School, Tetbury, GL8 8QG

Working Days:                               Shoolis is open 7 days a week so  includes some weekend working 

Shifts & Working hours:               Various Shifts avaliable (40 hours per week) 

Working Weeks:                            52 weeks per year 

Pay Details:                                   £29,120 per Annum (based on 40 hour week)

What will I be doing?

As a Catering Supervisor, you will oversee the smooth running of the front of house shift 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the smooth running of the front of house service 
• Leading and motivating team members during service
• Delivering a friendly, efficient, and hygienic service to all customers
• Assisting with the preparation of food and snacks
• Providing counter service 
• Ensuring kitchen and dining areas are kept clean, organised, and compliant with hygiene standards

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone with strong customer service skills and a proactive, team-focused approach. Experience in catering or retail is desirable, but, what matters most is your attitude and willingness to learn.
