The Role

The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving our sales growth and building strong relationships with customers. You will be the face of Paul Rigby Ltd, responsible for understanding customer needs, promoting our automotive and driving products, and closing sales to contribute to our ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers within the automotive and driving sectors.
• Identify sales opportunities through proactive outreach and market research.
• Present and demonstrate products effectively to meet customer requirements.
• Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve or exceed monthly targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM systems.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events as required to promote Paul Rigby Ltd.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the automotive or driving industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Competent in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
