Role Overview
The Admin & Framework Coordinator is responsible for managing framework contracts and providing administrative and operational support to ensure the business meets performance requirements and contractual obligations. This role oversees the submission of applications, returns, and documentation in line with framework agreements, ensuring all requirements are met accurately and on time. The role is also accountable for supporting performance against agreed KPIs, monitoring compliance, document control and ensuring efficient and effective payment processes. By coordinating with internal teams, clients, and framework providers, the Admin & Framework Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, operational compliance, and financial efficiency across the business.

The Admin & Framework Coordinator must have strong knowledge of framework contracts, contract administration, and KPI management within a regulated operational environment. They should understand application and submission processes, performance reporting requirements, and payment mechanisms. Knowledge of compliance standards, audit requirements, and governance processes is essential. The role also requires familiarity with finance processes, invoicing, and payment cycles, as well as the operational environment of temporary traffic management to ensure alignment between contractual commitments and service delivery.

Hours of Work: Full time, Monday to Friday 07:00-17:00 with 30mins for lunch (47.5hrs per week)
Salary: upto £37,000.00 (dependant on experience and to be discussed at interview stage)
The successful candidate would be subject to a 6 month probationary period.
