The Lilacs: Our lovely home in Exeter, is looking for a Maintenance Team Member for 20 hours per week.

Main responsibilities include:

Repairs
Painting/decorating
Plumbing
Electrical repairs
Plastering
Clearing drains
Test fire alarms and emergency lights
Some gardening and exterior work

You will also be required to read and write reports, take part in care team meetings and in training activities as directed.

You should have good experience of general DIY including basic carpentry, painting and decorating. Ideally, two years' experience in a similar role.
