The role…

We now have an opening for a Procurement Administrator based in Hull. Working within the finance team, we expect you to have close interaction with the wider commercial business, with the main responsibility being processing supplier’s invoices and matching to PO’s.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Matching up incoming supplier invoices to purchase orders in the procurement tracker.
  • Submit invoices with 3 way match (PO, Goods Receipt, Invoice) for processing.
  • Preparation of payment schedules to deadline.
  • Communicate with suppliers to enforce ‘No Po, No Pay’ policy.
  • Query resolution.
  • Supplier Statement reconciliations.

  • Technical skills - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Dedicated and accountable - able to meet deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail and effectively managing expectations.
