Part of Balfour Winery and set in the nearby village of Goudhurst, The Winemaker’s Pub is our traditional local with wine at its heart. Rooted in English wine, British cooking and a strong sense of home, it sits alongside The Winemakers’ Kitchen and the Cellar Door as one of three ways to experience Balfour across the estate.

We’re looking for people who genuinely enjoy looking after guests to join our bar and waiting team at The Winemakers Pub. With great food, four cosy bedrooms and a lively, welcoming atmosphere, we want team members who bring natural warmth, good energy and a real pride in quality service. • A friendly face to welcome our guests
• High standards and attention to detail
• An enjoyment of making people happy
• Own transport to get to and from work
