We're bringing Forbici to Bluewater Shopping Centre, Kent, and we're looking for a Team leader to lead our newest restaurant, inspire the team, and deliver exceptional experiences every day.

As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for leading the restaurant, developing a high-performing team, driving commercial results, and creating a culture where both guests and colleagues thrive. This is a unique opportunity to build a team from the ground up and play a pivotal role in the success of one of London's most exciting restaurant openings.

As a Team Leader (General Manager), you will:

• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing restaurant team
• Create an exceptional guest experience through genuine hospitality and operational excellence
• Drive sales, profitability and business performance through strong commercial decision-making
• Recruit, coach and retain top hospitality talent
• Ensure the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness and compliance
• Build a positive, engaging and performance-driven culture
• Manage labour, costs and budgets to deliver sustainable business success
• Work closely with senior leadership to execute the vision and growth of the Forbici brand
• Lead by example, setting the pace, energy and standards for the entire restaurant
