We're now looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Trainee Property Relationship Manager to join our busy Southampton Property Management team.

You'll receive support and guidance as you develop the knowledge and skills needed to build a successful career within the property industry.

What you'll be doing

As a Trainee Property Relationship Manager, you'll work alongside our experienced Property Management team, gradually taking responsibility for your own portfolio as your knowledge and confidence develop.

• Build positive and professional relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
• Respond to maintenance issues and learn how to manage repairs through to completion.
• Assist with arranging and carrying out property inspections.
• Develop your understanding of property legislation, compliance and safety requirements.
• Respond to tenant enquiries and learn how to resolve issues professionally and empathetically.
• Support the team with tenancy administration, including notices and rental reviews.
• Keep property records and documentation accurate and up to date.
• Manage your workload and learn how to prioritise effectively in a busy property environment.
• Develop your knowledge of the lettings and property management industry through hands-on experience.

You'll have the opportunity to learn on the job, ask questions, develop your confidence and take on more responsibility as you progress.

What we're looking for

• A proven background in Customer Service 
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle 
• Friendly, approachable and passionate about providing a great service.
• A confident communicator who enjoys meeting and speaking with different people.

• Calm, professional and willing to learn from challenging situations.
• Reliable, proactive and able to take responsibility.
