Thrive Cove Bay is set in a charming former residential property with a modern extension, creating a spacious yet homely environment for children to explore and learn. Centrally located, the nursery offers easy access to main roads and public transport links.

What You’ll Do

• Provide safe, engaging, and fun learning experiences for children aged 3 months to 5 years
• Support the team in daily routines, activities, and holiday cover
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Promote the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for working with young children and supporting their development
• Teamwork and reliability
• Early Years qualification is desirable but not essential
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of children
