  • Produce clear, timely weekly and monthly reporting packs using Excel and PowerPoint, highlighting trends, risks and actions.
  • Improve forecasting discipline by supporting data accuracy, pipeline hygiene and consistent reporting processes.
  • Partner with Inside Sales leadership to define and refine KPIs, ensuring alignment with commercial goals.

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and standardise Inside Sales processes, reducing friction and improving team efficiency.
  • Map current workflows, identify root causes of bottlenecks and implement pragmatic improvements.
  • Drive adoption of new processes through clear communication, stakeholder engagement and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Sales Ops, Marketing, Finance and Product/Operations, to resolve issues and improve end-to-end execution.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships across the Inside Sales team, wider commercial organisation and key internal functions.
  • Proactively identify issues and risks impacting performance and work collaboratively to resolve them.
  • Ensure stakeholders have clear visibility of performance, priorities and improvement initiatives.

Client & Internal Training / Enablement

  • Support training for clients and internal Account Managers to improve product/service adoption, sales effectiveness and consistent ways of working.
  • Build and maintain department playbooks and onboarding packs, ensuring content remains accurate and relevant.

What we’re looking for…

Required Experience & Skills

  • Previous client-facing account management experience, with evidence of managing relationships and driving outcomes.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering training, presentations or enablement to client and/or internal audiences.
  • Strong Excel reporting skills, including pivots, lookups and structured dashboards, and strong PowerPoint skills with clear, professional storylining.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Experience supporting inside sales teams, sales operations or commercial enablement.
  • Familiarity with CRM and reporting environments, such as Salesforce, Planhat and BI tools.
