Hours: 30 hours per week, 4 days over 7 (including on-call)

Salary: Band 7, starting from £49,387 per annum (pro rata)

Are you a compassionate and experienced clinical leader with a passion for delivering expert palliative and end-of-life care? Hospiscare is seeking a Community Cluster Team Leader to lead our dedicated team in East Devon.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the operational delivery of high-quality, person-centred care for patients with complex life-limiting illnesses in the community. You’ll inspire and support your team, promote best practice, and foster collaborative relationships with internal and external partners across health and social care.
