Deputy Team Manager – RNLD

Full Time - £37,000 to £46,000 Salary dependent upon experience. With annual incremental rise. 

Interview Date - 1st October 2026.

We have posts in Middlesbrough, Loftus and Catterick*.

Becoming a deputy team manager within PIPS allows you to lead the team delivering great support and improve their quality of life tapping into the RNLD knowledge and experience.

This is a great opportunity to provide truly person centred support: We are looking for someone who will work directly supporting individuals, developing PBS plans and provide good role modelling for the team. Being proactive, you will provide support and guidance to staff who are supporting other tenants and you will provide leadership to support workers within the service to provide high quality person centred support.

The right person for the role: You must be motivated, creative and strive to work in a person centred way, demonstrating excellent communications skills, have a positive outlook - even when times are difficult.  A confident caring approach is essential.  You will have experience leading support for people with complex needs and autism and PBS experience is essential.

* Posts in Catterick have additional welcome payment of £1000 plus travel allowance up to £250 per month.
