At ZIGUP, we're looking for a Banking Operations Assistant to join our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in banking operations, cash management or finance administration who is keen to develop their skills within a growing and award-winning organisation.

In this role, you'll help support the smooth running of our day-to-day banking activities, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and on time, reconciliations are completed efficiently, and records are maintained to the highest standard. You'll work closely with colleagues across the business while developing your knowledge within a specialist finance function.

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, detail-focused and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy matters. You'll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines and working collaboratively as part of a team.

You'll ideally bring:

• Experience working in a Banking Operations, finance administration, cash management or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to processing financial transactions.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• The ability to learn new systems, processes and procedures quickly.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
• A collaborative approach and excellent communication skills.
• AAT qualification, or study towards AAT, would be advantageous but is not essential.
