Are you an experienced Dental Field Service Engineer looking for your next opportunity? 👀

We’re looking for a Field Service Engineer with transferable technical skills and field-based experience to join our Engineering team, delivering an excellent service to our dental customers in and around the Reading / Thames Valley territory.

This is a field-based role, with your workload focused in and around Reading, the Thames Valley and surrounding areas. You’ll travel to dental practices across your territory, carrying out a mix of reactive repairs, planned maintenance and equipment installations.

We’ll provide you with a company van 🚐 and full toolkit 🧰, giving you everything you need to get out on the road and deliver a high-quality service to our customers.

Duties & Responsibilities 🔧

• Deliver, install and validate new equipment across your territory.
• Carry out scheduled maintenance and site surveys, advising customers of any additional costs where required.
• Attend equipment breakdowns and see repairs through to completion.
• Provide technical support to customers, office-based colleagues and fellow engineers.
• Accurately record data and complete internal and customer reports via an IT tablet.
• Advise customers on engineering, equipment performance and regulatory compliance.
• Promote equipment sales and contract consolidation opportunities where appropriate.
