Our Nine Elms Lettings team have experienced significant growth over the past three years and is looking for a driven Lettings Valuer to support our continued expansion. This exciting position is based in Nine Elms, offering the opportunity to work across some of South West London’s most desirable and prestigious developments, including Nine Elms, Battersea and Vauxhall. You will play a crucial role in driving our success by identifying and valuing premium properties while building strong relationships with clients. Your expertise will be essential in delivering exceptional service and contributing to our reputation for excellence in the competitive London property market. Your Responsibilities as a Lettings Valuer:

As a Lettings Valuer, you will be responsible for arranging and carrying out Market Appraisals, continuously seeking new business opportunities through networking and relationship building, and developing a deep understanding of the local area, including schools, developments, and local amenities. You will play a key role in helping to grow and maintain our managed portfolio and will be required to stay up to date with market trends and Lettings legislations.

Your Skills and Experience:

• You have experience in the property industry and are motivated to advance your career.
• You are confident working independently and initiate strategies for sourcing new business.
• You are passionate about your career goals and strive to achieve them.
• You have strong negotiation abilities.
• You can effectively address concerns and objections, turning potential obstacles into opportunities.
• You are familiar with the fundamentals of the lettings process and current legislation.
• You hold a valid driving licence (essential).
