Pay: £13.50 per hour + Holiday Pay & Benefits
Contract: Casual Full-Time
Hours: Flexible to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends. You'll be based at our Coventry Head Office for a minimum of 15 hours per week, with plenty of opportunities to top up your hours supporting events nationwide.

Due to continued growth, we're building a hands-on Operations Support Team to help keep our busy events and logistics operation running smoothly.
This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk-all-day role.
One day you could be preparing vehicles for a major event, the next loading specialist HVM equipment, delivering event supplies, or supporting event setups across the country.
We're looking for people who:
Our base is in Coventry, but you'll regularly travel to events and venues across the UK, including:

📍 Burnley
📍 Wigan
📍 Manchester
📍 Wolverhampton
📍 Derby
As part of our Operations Support Team, you'll help ensure our equipment, vehicles, and events are fully prepared and delivered to the highest standard.
🚐 Preparing vehicles for events, including:
🚧 Collecting and preparing:
🛡️ Loading and transporting HVM equipment
🏢 Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse
🎨 Assisting with external property maintenance, including:
📋 Supporting the development of operational plans and risk assessments
👕 Delivering:
✅ At least 1 year's experience in the events industry
✅ Experience working within event traffic management
✅ Full UK Driving Licence
✅ Excellent communication skills
✅ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
✅ Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, managers, and clients
✅ A hands-on, can-do attitude
✅ A genuine team player who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves
⭐ Logistics or warehouse experience
⭐ Experience working across multiple event sites
⭐ Knowledge of operational planning and event safety
