Gaucho is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Waiter to join our Chancery Lane team over the festive period. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, positive and confident working in a fast-paced environment. You will be a Gaucho ambassador, delivering brilliant guest experiences and recommending our food and drinks with confidence.

What will you be doing?

• Working alongside the restaurant team to create an unforgettable Gaucho experience through warm and attentive hospitality
• Being the face of Gaucho and delivering service excellence in line with our steps of service and standards
• Developing strong product knowledge to confidently host tables and guide guests through the menu
• Supporting the management team to maximise sales by driving covers and average spend per head
• Ensuring all guest orders are taken and processed professionally and accurately
• Helping to maintain a clean and organised restaurant, following all opening, set-up and closing procedures
