What Will You Be Doing?

As a Care Support Worker, you'll support people within our Independent Living service to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

No two days are the same, but your role may include:

✅ Supporting residents with personal care and daily living activities
✅ Providing companionship and emotional support
✅ Carrying out wellbeing and welfare checks
✅ Encouraging independence, confidence and choice
✅ Supporting individuals with daily routines and activities
✅ Maintaining accurate records and following care plans
✅ Promoting dignity, wellbeing and person-centred support
✅ Working as part of a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care

Most importantly, you'll help people maintain their independence and enjoy the best possible quality of life.
