We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and inspiring Home Manager to lead our recently awarded CQC outstanding nursing home. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional person-centred care while fostering a positive and supportive environment for residents, families, and colleagues.

About the Role

As Home Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the operational, clinical, and financial performance of the home. You will lead a skilled multidisciplinary team, ensuring the highest standards of care, regulatory compliance, and resident wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strong, visible leadership and inspire a culture of excellence.
  • Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred nursing and residential care.
  • Maintain full compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team.
  • Manage budgets effectively while maintaining exceptional standards.
  • Build positive relationships with residents, relatives, healthcare professionals, and the local community.
  • Drive continuous quality improvement and innovation across the service.
  • Promote a warm, welcoming, and inclusive home environment.

About You

You will be a motivated and experienced care professional with a proven track record of successfully managing a nursing home.

Essential requirements:

  • Previous experience managing a nursing home.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant care regulations and quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding, person-centred care.
  • Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and occupancy.
  • Passion for developing teams and supporting professional growth.
