HOURS: 24 Hours 

Pay: £13.50 per hour

We are currently recruiting Part Time Support Workers to support an individual with complex mental health needs within the BRAMLEY, LEEDS area.

Role Description

We are committed to Equal opportunities. We currently have a great opportunity for dedicated Support Workers to work with an individual who has complex mental health support needs. We are looking for Support Workers who can provide 360 wrap around support that covers all aspects of their life throughout the day and night.

• Have a good understanding of Complex Mental Health and how this can impact daily living or have working with in a mental health setting

• Be patient and understanding encourage them on the difficult days
• Have a fun and kind personality who will go on adventures
• Work with them to solve issues and overcome day to day tasks

• Think outside the box
• Be able to have a laugh and joke but have set standards and boundaries

Schedule:

• 12 Hours Shifts - 08:00 to 20:00 / 20:00 to 08:00
• 7 Days a week (Days & Waking Nights) 
• Weekend availability
• Overtime

 

Licence/Certification:

• Complex Mental Health (preferred)
• Driving Licence (MUST)

 

*Refer a friend bonus is payable at

· £125 once the referred individual has successfully completed their first shift.

· £125 once the referred individual has successfully completed their probation period.
